DOUBLE RECORD FOR FREDDIE

Freddie had his best results in the Sound of Thunder races last weekend at the N G road race championship round at Snetterton. Last saturday he won the qualifying race by 5.5 seconds and followed this with a win in the final. His race winning time was 9 minutes 54.78 seconds and a speed of 94.51 mph also setting a new lap record in a time of 1 minute 13.09 seconds and a speed of 96.41 mph. In Sunday's sound of Thunder event he led the qualifying race untill it started raining and he had a few big moments and settled for fourth place. He made a great start in the final along with the Ducatis of Greg and Duncan Gibson. Freddie pushed so hard on the last lap he not only won the race in a time of 9 minutes 52.98 seconds but beat his previous days lap record in a time of 1 minute 12.68 seconds and a speed of 96.68 mph.
