SUPERBIKE PODIUM FOR BRIDEWELL

 

Last weekend 21/06/09 saw the fifth round of the British Superbike Championship held at Snetterton. After competing in the Italian Superbike Championship and FIM Superstocks Tommy Bridewell made a weclome return to British Superbikes. Riding the same machine that his late brother Ollie used which is a four year old suzuki 1000. Tom competed in the Daily Mirror Superbike Cup race alongside the factory backed machines. Airwaves Yamaha's Leon camier notched up a pair of wins and currently leads the British Superbike Championship. In the first superbike race Tom Bridewell entertained the race fans as he diced with Relentless Suzuki backed Atsushi Watanabe. Tom Finished 15th overall but won the Cup Class and dedicated his win to his late brother Ollie later in the day finished in fourth place in the cup class.
